Great floor plan, newly refurbished, and location is perfect. Farmland and walking trails surround a huge lot with lots of trees, yet just a short drive to all the retail or restaurant you could ask for. Such a unique property with a terrific host!

There is so much to say about Charlie’s cottage, it has something for everyone, games for the kids, beds galore, comfortable furniture, amazing views, pet friendly, lots of kitchen appliances, plenty of sheets and blankets, really everything you can wish for is there. The property was really cute. The best were very comfortable and the location was so convenient. Really close to a lot of restaurants and COFFEE. No tvs in the bedrooms was a bummer. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
