“there was lack of clarity around whether my AARP or AAA membership was applied; although I was told if I didn't use it when I made the reservation on line; It probably wasn't applied. I mentioned it when I checked in but they never asked for my card to verify my membership.”

“This is not where we normally stay in Decorah. Booked due to availability. Please do not stay here. Service poop, toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. Had to ask three times for bath towels on our second day, they didn't have any clean. Not enough for all rooms at the time.
We made it work but never again.”

“The staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was early every morning and very tasty. This was important because I get off work at 5:00 am and I need to get to sleep early so I can work that night. Working nights I was put in a very quiet part of the motel. So mych appreciated. West Union is a small friendly little town that makes you at home from day one. ”

“better comp breakfast than most places. Very clean facilities. Staff was friendly, I wish they had a hot tub but the indoor pool was heated so at least the water was not cold. I Have stayed here multiple times.”
