Apartment was great but the communication was poor. Only received one response from him and had other questions but never responded. Location was great though! In the heart of downtown and could walk to everything. It was perfect for a little getaway.

Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)

The place was nice. The back alley steps might be a little risky in snowy or icy weather so use the access in the front of the building.

Nice place if you don’t mind the smell

Apt itself was very clean but there was a noticeable smell of fried food from the restaurant below. Good location and comfortable beds.

Quick stay

Was a quick overnight stay while we traveled for the holiday. Beds and pillows very comfortable and very spacious. The stairs getting up were a little steep, but we had no trouble getting in when we arrived.
