Breakfast was sad! Nothing much and all looked sparse despite being there only about 30-45 min after the start. Roach in our room. Staff missing in action or not committed to service. Defo NOT worth the cost! Spend a tiny bit more and go someplace clean with actual breakfast.

Despite the stickers in the bathrooms saying that the towels would be changed everyday, no house keeping was done for rooms where you were staying multiple days. No new coffee cups, no towels, not even a quick vacuum. It was fine, but not really.

Great if you drive an EV: although the hotel offers no charging opportunities (boo), it’s right next door to a KwikTrip with a full array of high speed Tesla chargers. Location, location!! HVAC substandard: individual room cooling keeps the rooms perpetually damp.

I have previously stayed at this hotel in years prior and had good experiences. However, this year I was so disappointed. The staff was less than helpful. We requested more towels for our room and we were told we needed to bring our dirty towels back and wait an hour until the laundry was done. We also asked for a glass of milk in the evening for a toddler and were told no. We did look at the gas station across the street before we asked and they didn't have any. The hotel has continental breakfast which includes milk. They were just less than helpful.

The rooms were fairly clean, so it seemed that the beginning. We enjoyed the extra room we had with the couches front desk and everything seemed pleasantly clean. But when we pulled the covers, there was a small bug that was dead under the cover so we looked around made sure there was nothing else and while moving the bed and looking in the back and in the corner by the baseboards, there was a lot of dust and a few dead insects. None of them was alive no bedbugs, but I don’t think they know what deep cleaning is usually the staff would do this at least once a month I understand it’s fairly out of sight, but it shouldn’t have been unnoticed. Reported it the first day we got there and there was no response the following two days nice spot peaceful but a little more effort in the deep clean would be nice. All at all, besides that I wouldn’t mind staying there again. This situation just needs to be addressed. Easy fix.

The couch I paid for was absolutely filthy in black and dirty so we did not use it for our company at all... It was horrible to have paper cups instead of glasses.... Upon entering the communication between Expedia and days and was horrible as it related to payment and resulted in a big argument that the service that this person did not seem to understand.... The Visit makes me never want to return there and we go there every year for our anniversary.
