Family vacation

Adorable house, perfect for families with kids! Newer property for owners so some of the convenience items haven’t been acquired yet like in other listings. Back door latch was broken and owner was very responsive. Clean, comfortable beds and amazing views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kosh for the Win!

We had a group of family members in the area for a wedding. The group was too big for one place- so we broke up a found our own spots. We selected Kosh Kottage and couldnt be happier. Not only did we love it- but all the family members who visited us wished they were staying there. We had the best house ajd the best view and access of anyone among the five properties rented. Thanks, Jon!

The View

This is a great property for families. The location is on the calmer side of the lake (perfect for the kids) and it is a beautiful view. We had a lot of fun and we will look into renting here again for our next Kosh stay. The space is wonderful and the house itself has alot of space and fun within it. My only complaint would be one broken toilet (out of their control but still an inconvenience) and the shuffle board sand that was all over the floor when we got there so I started our stay with vacuuming the entire house. Thank you for allowing us to make great memories in your space.

Last minute vacation for my Birthday

We saw the weather was to be unseasonably warm and decided to vaca here for my 50th bday. We really didn't need all the space this place has. Well we invited our Sons family for one of the nights due to the wonderful layout this rental had. They had the entire upstairs which provided separate bathroom, bedroom, and family room for their whole family. The hot tub outside under the stair was amazing. The only downside for us renting in the future is the walkout into the water was very rocky and not as sandy as I would like for all the grandkids and myself to play in the water. We only did walk the first 10 foot of shore so maybe it gets better the further out you go. Kosh is shallow for a long way out. We also wondered if we had a boat if it would need to be anchored a ways out to have it by the rental. The water level by the dock is only 1-2' when we stayed. Again kosh is a shallow lake so you will have to discuss docking expectations before renting. The other big hit was the large game room with shuffle board, ping pong, old school arcade, and board games. Nicely done! Would totally stay here again. The management team was excellent with out questions and replied very quickly with any message.

Excellent easy access to the lake. The Eastern exposure provided beautiful mornings on the end of the dock. We were there in Sept so the lake wasn’t the clearest, but we know that changes based on season. The house was overall pretty clean, with just a couple minor things missed by the cleaning crew. The kitchen is well stocked which was helpful for us to prepare all meals at the home. There’s really only one restaurant close by, but that was fine with us.

Great Family Memories!

We had a wonderful stay at Kosh Kottage. The bugs were pretty heavy during our stay, but not anything anyone could do about that. My spouse and I stayed with our 4 sons and their spouses/girlfriends for 4 days. We had a wonderful trip. There were plenty of activities for everyone and we had such a great time! They are all looking forward to another trip next year! Wish we would have caught some fish, but still a great time had by all.

Ice Fish Kosh

Low water pressure - only could use 1 shower at a time. Septic Alarm went off on Saturday - driver could not find us. Every thing else was eccellent.

Expected more

The game room was not up to par. Their binder with rules were only about rules and absolutely, no suggestions on where to eat. Listen to live music or places to go. Very sad on accessories. oap
