Bark/Rock River which leads to huge Lake Koshkonong, with a unique 72'tower

telescopes observatory.



The Manor offers various amenities and features, add-on Hot Tub Rental Suites

and Riverfront, Beach shack themed Boathouse, with 5+acres of land and hiking

trail, that includes 8 kayaks/1 Row boat /1Canoe, Fishing gear, fire pit, yard

toys, ect, rentals options

The **Starlight Tower Manor** offers a one-of-a-kind experience perfect for

weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, Reunions, quinceañeras,

and more, just about anything you can imagine at the Manor With luxurious

amenities, breathtaking riverfront views, and a blend of vintage and modern

decor, this estate is designed to host memorable occasions. Whether it’s an

intimate celebration or a grand affair, or something unusual, and cool!

Starlight Tower Riverfront Manor provides everything you need for an

exceptional memorable event.



**The Starlight Tower Manor:**



* Private Riverfront (with acres of hiking trail through the woods and hills from manor to private Riverfront) Leading To Lake Koshkonong. (a liability Waiver will need to be signed or use will not be permitted)

* 8,100 SQ ft (8,750 with rental of 2 Hot Tub Suites)

* A 35-seat movie theater with movie Decor and many Movies, can bring in chairs from dining area for more people to enjoy (50+)

* A chef's kitchen with a 26-seat dining area.

* Up to 18 people allowed, Sleeping capacity of up to 35 offered with the use of futon couch beds or 40+ with rental of both Hot tub suites(extra fee depending on amount of people and event requirements) pricing guide below for estimating approximate only (not set pricing.)

* Wheel chair accessible 1st floor with a sit-down shower and bedroom, with grab bars and safety rail for bed.

* Vintage Arcade gallery and game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, electronic darts, video games ,cool Decor, vintage pinball machines, and vintage arcade games from the 50's 60"s and 70's. ( most games .25 cents, so don't forget to bring Quarters, but if you do, no worries the host says that he will exchange $10 rolls of Quarters for cash or Venmo)

* A 72-foot tall tower observatory Lounge Outer Space room, with telescopes and space decor! (Could be used as 9th bedroom with the use of futon couchbed)

* The Sky high Bar offers great views, 8 stools, and a mini fridge, a wet sink, and plenty of glasses/ shot glasses for your drinks, a big TV for sports viewing ect and retro decor!

about anything you can imagine including Movie filming, or other ventures with

approval and permission before booking.

The Outer Space Room) Incredible views with or without our telescopes, The

Gameroom with cool decor, vintage arcades/pinball machines gallery/gameroom,(

most take .25, bring your Quarters) pool table, foosball table, ping pong,

Darts, boardgames, toys, and extensive entertainment options, making it an

ideal getaway for family, kids, and friends. Nearby attractions include the

Fireside Inn Dinner Theater, The Dells, Devils Lake for hiking , snowmobiling

and ice fishing spots, skiing destinations in winter, Cascade Mountain, Lake

koshkonong/ Rock River and Boating, kayaking, fishing, water skiing, swimming,

EVENTS (based on 2 night rental)



All events or people over the allowed 18 total will need approval by host

before booking will be honored. these prices will need to be added to your

normal booking fee, (not including taxes, platform fees, or any extra people

sleep overs, (minimum $35/person/night) or other factors that may effect event

pricing, this is just a quick guide for estimating purposes only.



30 people total add $1200 Aprox.



40 people total add $2000 Aprox. with detailed overview of event.



50 people total add $3200 Aprox. with detailed overview of event



100 people total add $6500 aprox with detailed overview of event.



over 100 -125 people is possible with detailed overview of event.



all eventsor larger gatherings past 18 will need a signed Liability waiver

covering you and all your group or permission will not be given for event, and

any extra people.



This is just approximate estimate different factors may increase or decrease

pricing.

The Starlight Tower Manor offers a combination of luxury, entertainment, and

natural beauty for a memorable stay or event.



***Long term stays available at 28 nights minimum from Oct-April. pricing

varies on length of stay and amount of people. Additional house rules to be

sent directly be the host.*** or available in the manor and boat house on the

river.



The maximum occupancy for people on the property (inside and outside the home)

and/or staying overnight is strictly set at 18 unless otherwise approved by

the host in advance of booking. Events can be held for an additional fee of

$2000 or more depending on amount of people ect. per event and additional

guests can be accommodated at $50 per person per night (plus taxes and fees)

up to 35 people total. with use of Futon couch beds or 40+ with rental of both

Hot tub suites added on. up to 100 person events offered see pricing in

listing Aprox for your wedding or special event.



We may be able to negotiate on the extra fees, so please contact us before you

book. Any event or extra people must be approved prior to booking, no

exceptions. Additional event fees and/or additional person fees must be paid

in full within 7 days of booking (48 hours before arrival if booked within 7

days). Any violation of these house rules can result in immediate eviction

and/or cancellation without refund. A liability waiver will need to be

signed by the person who booked the manor covering hiking trail and Riverfrpnt

/land usage for all guests before check in, or at check in, no exceptions.

House rules include no firearms, bow and arrows or any type of projectile or

shooting gadget of any kind allowed on property or in manor. no hunting, no

fireworks, no trespassing on neighbors property, ect. a full list of house and

land/ Riverfront rules are in home, and Boathouse.
