「I had a fun stay at the monastery in Fort Augustus along with my wife and 3 kids. The property itself is beautiful and the activities for the kids were exactly what we came for. Whether it's spending time at the pool/sauna/steam room or playing chess in the courtyard. The apartment was well furnished and fit all of us well. The Spar in town allows you to pick up food (more than just necessities). Great communication with the team who run the property leading up to our arrival and then again at...

「It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. 」

「Great base location for the Highlands. The Highland Club is an amazing facility. Host was very responsive, accommodating to our changing schedule (flight delays, lost bag, etc), and had great recommendations! We really want to return ASAP and stay much longer! 」

「Unique location ...close to Loch Ness boat tours, gas station/grocery about 2 blocks away and variety of restaurants. I recommend The Bothy for dinner. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error.」

Everything seemed to be of high quality, including the beds, towels, etc. The location is excellent as you can go north or south within an hours drive to reach many sites. The property is right on the lake so it is very nice to just sit and relax there. our only issue was with the man who checked us in and was supposed to show us the appliances, etc. in the apartment. He seemed in a rush to do this as quickly as possible, and was not terribly thorough....

「Easy parking, clean and tidy room only let down was squeaky bed when someone moved, toilet and shower block clean and plenty of hot water, shared kitchen clean with plates cups etc. for a inexpensive place to stay was very impressed. If travelling in area again would definitely use, many thanks.」

「My wife and I stayed at Burnbank Lodges for several days, to celebrate ourv25th anniversary. Campbell and Nina are welcoming, wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. If you like being off the beaten path a bit, Burnbank is a great option. Fort William is about 15 minutes away, which provides you with plenty of opportunities for a meal out. 「Sehr gut zu erreichendes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf Loch Ness. Alles, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, war in guter Qualität vorhanden. Nichts zu beanstanden.Vom Haus aus kann man eine super Wanderung hoch auf die Berge machen. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall auch ein Besuch im Loch Ness Center, vor allem für Familien. Ein absolutes Muss wenn man alles über Nessie und das Loch Ness erfahren möchte.」
