“Everything was perfect and literally walked to my son graduation from the hotel. It was perfect and they let you check in even if it's before your check in time. Loved it and will be coming back asap.”

“This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the AC and ceiling fan kept the room cool on a hot weekend. We could see the river out of our first floor window. So pretty! We ate dinner at the restaurant on the property and I wasn’t impressed. I would stay again.”

“I liked but they don’t clean right bathroom wasn’t clean good walls. They’re very very dirty. Floors, they were bad the bed There was a lot of hair from other people.”

“The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.”

“We were not acknowledged initially at the desk. The young lady was on the phone with a customer, but didn’t even bother to look up at us while she was talking. After that check-in was very easy. My travel companion and I each booked a room. Mine was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic bags for the trash cans were draped over the side, not put into the bins. The bathroom is old and needs updating. A previous guest, I assume, had set the alarm clock for 1:45 AM. Needless to……

“Housekeeping left bags of trash sit in hallway for a full day. Told the front desk about it and that people were just walking by piling more trash on top the bags and was never taken care if until the next day. Left our trash can outside the door because they didnt leave trash bags like we had asked, they took the trash can, we asked repeatedly for it back never was brought back. Luckily we had walmart bags to use. Most the pool chairs are broken and unusable.”

“Staff was awesome and friendly but we couldn’t get a quiet nights sleep. I believe there was an army graduation ceremony the weekend we stayed and it seemed like there were very booked and every night people in and out until 12am, every time their room door closes it slams and you can hear it and feel it throughout the whole first floor it was enough to wake you up. It was very annoying. The guests had no courtesy. I don’t think the staff could do anything about it, not their fault. Also there……

“Clean and Quiet. Bed is good. Looks better than outside. A good choice. Need deposit, but return the deposit should be at 11:00am . Wait until 11:00Am, waste my time. ”

“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room is two treadmills and some dumbbells. The room setup was decent and the bed was comfortably soft. All of the experience was ruined with the roaches. I had to buy a can of RAID to combat that inconvenience during a holiday weekend where the hotel was fully booked.”
