Rooms were clean and staff was friendly, however the property is pretty run down. Walls are paper thin and everything was loud. I would recommend they install fans and something for air circulation so that you can keep the window closed and provide some background noise to drum out the rest of the guests!

This is an older property that needs some updating and TLC. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the owner is still using Covid as an excuse to keep the spa closed and there are signs around the property saying to keep a six foot distance.

The Staff was very nice and accommodating. However, I would like to have known before driving hwy 20 and arriving at dark that the water was brown. We were not told this until after we signed and paid. At first glance at dusk the gardens and gift shop looked charming. I stubbed my toe on some damage flooring at the entrance to the room. The walls were thin and the guy next to us was very loud. The place has good bones and the spa concept it lovely but they have a lot of repairs and improvements to make before this a place I would reccommend or return to. We didn't even shower and I brushed my teeth with bottled water despite being told it was from excess rainfall and that the minerals were good for my skin. I was told that there was new flooring ordered for the room, and while we couldn't work the TV, someone came and gained access to it for us. I wish these nice people success in their renovations and bringing this interesting spot up to a better rating.

When you walk in there is some mold on the walls/ smells moldy. Not super clean but clean enough, there was a wash cloth from someone else that was on the curtain rack.. could hear neighbors fighting through walls. Pretty shanty.
