Thanks so much for coming back to stay with us again, we always love having you .. So we have been communicating with the owner about fully replacing the Cowabunga as RV's / glampers do have a shelf life on them. That being said I have shared your review with the owner, my business partner and the whole housekeeping team. This is completely unacceptable and shameful and t he buck stops with me on this. This will be a big meeting , especially for the housekeepers as this is not anywhere near our high standards in an way, shape or form and as mentioned above, completely unacceptable. I personally knew that the sleeping bags were going to be a problem but the owner was very insistent that we try it, so we did, bad call for sure. Im really sorry that you had this experience with us, that's not how we operate at all but keep in mind if and when you do choose to come back reach out to me personally so we can hook you up with a really great deal on a future stay, just let me know..
