Family Getaway

Great place right in the Harbor! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Only complaint I have was the parking with the other cabins. There needs to be specific spots listed for all the guests so you do get blocked in by others.

Decent property

The location is ideal! We liked that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. My only complaints are that there isn’t enough seating in the living space and no extra blankets. Other than that, was perfect.

Great Stay in Noyo Harbor!

Woodchuck Flat is a unique and wonderful little house in the heart of Noyo Harbor. Easy to get to just about anywhere. We dined out, visited Pacific Star winery, the Botanical Gardens, walked the sand, smelled the ocean, listened to its waves, watched the sea lions and gulls. Just as timeless as always. Can't wait to come back again.

Stayed here for Skunk Train

The place is accurately described, if you read the description from the owner. It is in a small RV park near the bay. It is an older RV park, but this house has been remodeled and has more space than the traditional version, which I stayed at in Northern Michigan. It is also very clean and the RV park was quiet in the evenings. However, none of us we able to get cell service here, and all of us had different providers. Unfortunately, when we arrived we also did not have internet, so that was very concerning. It has a number to call, but unfortunately we did not have any cell service. The very last morning, as we were packing up to leave, we had a gentleman come in and ask about it. It appears that someone had previously turned the power to the box off, which we did not touch. The town is older and very much relies on the Skunk Train for visitors. The Skunk Train is right down the road from this house, so great proximity.

New Adventure

First stay in a "tiny house"; after watching a show that make tiny houses we wondered what it would be like to actually live in one, now we know! Comfortable though "tiny". Woodchuck was perfect for the 2 of us, loft would be great for a family as kids would love to stay up there! Plenty of space, limited storage but not a real issue. Next we'll rent one of the tiny houses that face the harbor...that would be perfection!

Good location for access to beach and fort bragg

Was very nice. Could have used a few hooks in unit to hang clothes on and wet towels. Instructions on how to operate TV and microwave would have been useful for us older folks..

Tiny Home tiny beds

Staying separately from our larger group of friends and family, this location was excellent. It’s tight quarters for parking, and the units are very close to each other, but you can’t beat the view from the private pier and the ease of walking to harbor restaurants and the dogs-allowed beach. The 3 full-sized beds were comfortable - we tried them all - but when you’re used to a King…. LOL. We adapted. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cute tiny home in a great location

This was our yearly mother daughter trip for me & my bestie. This tiny home is located by the Fort Bragg harbor. It was clean, spacious and an overall great little rental. My Mom is in a wheelchair so the downstairs room & bathroom were perfect for her. They have a wheelchair lift out front, which was much appreciated. The rest of us stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom. Loved the quick access to the harbor & restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect Getaway

Loved our stay at woodchuck Flat! Location was perfect for walkable restaurant choices and the dock was fun to sit and watch the seals and otters play in the river. The tiny house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. Our dog had the best time and was quite comfortable. We hope to return soon!!

Perfect low key getaway!

Loved the tiny house! It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The house is fun and quirky but very clean and comfortable for us. The house is centrally located in Fort Bragg and easy to get around. We brought our two dogs and the house was very dog friendly!
