Enjoy our brand-new home! Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium Brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place for the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio with a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and its prime location in Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

Perfect stay
Our final Ft. Collins stay as we watched our son graduate from CSU. The home was amazing and comfortable. They thought of everything. We were close to all of the events we needed to attend and Erik was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Awesome home!
We were in town with friends and the house was great! It is close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful downtown area of Fort Collins. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Week Long Stay in Fort Collins
Beautiful and clean home. Located just minutes from downtown Ft Collins and walking distance to New Belgium brewery, which we took advantage of during our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, relax, and cook together. Eric was a great host checking in on us and communicated on check out time.
