Reserved parking spaces in the back alleyway allow easy access. Please note the fenced in back yard is for the rear home only. Owners are typically available to answer any questions or assist with anything that may come up. Old Town Fort Collins, the original residential area that is walking distance to both Old Town and CSU Campus. We have 2 guest spots in the alley behind the house with a private pathway to walk around. You can also pull in from the busier street and park on the main driveway. Most fun spots are walking distance from there, but there are also bike and scooter rentals throughout town (download the Spin app), as well as Lyfts. While there is a driveway in the front, we recommend the back alleyway parking for convenience. Fort Collins STR License #613890

We had a terrific stay, and appreciated the easy walk to grocery stores along with the well-stocked kitchen. The house had everything we needed and good A/C which we appreciated during the heat wave!
Our stay here was great. A perfect location. The CSU campus was an easy walk. All of the food and entertainment venues in Old Town were easily walkable. The house has a ton of vintage character and was very comfortable. Our stay made us feel like we were living in town again.
Cool restored old house, stocked with everything we needed for our stay in Fort Collins. After riding our motorcycles in the mountains all day, we were able to walk to old town for dinner and drinks. Plenty of parking for our truck, trailer, and 3 bikes. Definitely coming back!
This is a great house. Clean and cute and close to everything. The Luckey’s market was a short walk and a very good store. Great coffee shop (Roasters Coffee) a short walk…really, I’m a coffee snob and theirs is great). The house had an amazingly well appointed kitchen (we like to cook) and a beautiful dining room. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. We definitely would stay here again. Oh, and the owners were very responsive with alacrity!
This home was perfect for a family visit to our student at CSU! The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with regarding questions before our stay. We arrived to an extremely clean and very adorable house (even better than the pictures). Everything is comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen, to easy-to-find extra towels, to family games. We were very thankful for the large dining space as the weather was much colder than expected and we ended up hosting our son's friends for a lunch inside, rather than the outdoor/ tailgate gathering that we had planned! Thank you for providing the space for a wonderful weekend (despite the cold)!
The property was so amazing. There was only 4 of us so we didn’t use the dining or living room much. The amenities were perfect: everything you need in the kitchen or bathroom. Everytime we were like “ dang, wish there was a baby gate in case he gets up and is confused” Found one. Extra towel? Got em. Had we not had a toddler and my older mother we would have walked most places. We utilized neighborhood restaurants, target, and bakery. We went to old town most days to walk around and do tours and shopping. The WiFi works in every room and the temperature was perfect. My mom lives on a noisy road and we live in the woods but neither of us had a problem with the street noise. Would 100% recommend and would stay again!
Four of us came to Fort Collins for a girlfriend getaway - cooking class, shopping, bonding. It was the perfect house and location. Well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of space. We'd come again!
This historic home is beautiful with wonderful warm lighting, HUGE dining room (perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend gathering with our son & his girlfriend & her family we were meeting for first time). So much room for us all to cook, play games, enjoy a meal. Hosts awesome: I had emailed a few days before, asking if the kitchen had a roasting pan for turkey-not usually something a rental would have so was just going to buy a foil one when we got in to town. The host replied they indeed did not have one, but a few hours later, they sent another message & said they had picked up a roasting pan & it was in the kitchen! So sweet & unexpected (turkey turned out amazing btw!!). Walking distance to all the Old Town coffee shops, restaurants, clothing/thrift shops, Target, liquor store, ACE Hardware, Armstrong Hotel (where some family was staying).
Great location, short walk to Old Town. The house was beautiful, no complaints. We were in town for a wedding and it was nice to have our adult children stay in one place. We would definitely stay there again. Hope to be back in the summer.

Wedding Weekend
Older property but has been renovated. Downstairs is nice but kitchen is not well stocked ok if you do not plan to cook there. Stairs definitely need a handrail. My older parents struggled. Beds and dressers all looked new but upstairs did not have central air. Hallway and bathroom was super hot… it was the guest of July. Bedrooms stayed cool with window units.
A group of us were gathering to host a celebration of life for a dear from who passed recently too young from cancer. This property was a perfect location close to old town and the living/dining room area was great for a intimate dinner/gathering. Really nice, historic house. Plenty of linens provided. I would definitely recommend this property and/or stay here again.
This was a great property for ease of access to town and breweries. If you’re sensitive to street noise, you’ll want a white noise machine for sleeping. Otherwise it was just what we needed!
Things to know: This is a very old house. Likely over a hundred years old. That said, it was very clean, had lots of space, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, excellent water pressure, and seemed to have everything you would need to make yourself at home. It was also centrally located close to both CSU and Old Town. It is also a two minute walk to a small Target at the next corner. Even with the house on a busy street, the noise was not a concern. Earplugs are provided in each bedroom yet were not necessary even staying in the front bedroom closest to the street. The only negative is the driveway, both front and back, is made up of pebbles. I had to wait for my husband to arrive to carry my suitcase in for me as it wouldn’t have rolled over the pebbles. Note: I pack HEAVY!!! While this isn’t my typical rental esthetically speaking, I would not hesitate to book again. Tony was on hand close by in case I needed anything at all!! Five stars for the overall experience!!

Beautiful home, centrally located in Fort Collins
This house is very conveniently located in a good neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, and Old Town. Although Mulberry is a busy street, the alley parking makes getting in and out simple, and the traffic isn't that noticeable at night. If anything wakes you up, it will be the squeaks and creaks of the house. This is an older house, but it is well-maintained and has beautiful upgrades woven in with some of the original features.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and a hideaway bed downstairs. The beds are quite comfortable. There is a bathroom on each level with a great shower upstairs! We ate out while in Fort Collins, but the kitchen and dining room appears stocked for 10+. With a living room and a sitting room, there is plenty of places to sit.
There isn't an outdoor space for a larger group without being in the front yard along a busy street. There is only a small, unshaded, patio next to the driveway, with a table and two chairs.
Although the house appeared clean on the surface, the bedrooms would benefit from some vacuuming under the beds, and the furniture could use a good dusting.
Information regarding check-in and check-out was never sent to us. Messages sent a week prior to our arrival, several hours prior to check-in, and then after our check-in were not answered. One member of our party had to go next door before we finally received a phone call with the door combination. If an informational email had been sent after our final payment, we would not have had any issues.
That being said, we would stay again, as the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.
House was perfect for our needs. Particularly enjoyed large dining room and oversized table. Other rooms cozy and had every thing we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic, very walkable location to Ft. Collins Old Town. We really enjoyed it!
This property was perfect. From the property hosts to the location, the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen, we were so comfortable in this house. We cooked meals and played games at the beautiful dining room table and truly enjoyed our time here. We will be back and certainly recommend it to others.
