"The Lux on Laurel"
Check out the newest accommodation in Old Town Fort Collins conveniently located across the street from CSU campus. This vacation getaway is located above the locals favorite breakfast joint, The Rainbow Restaurant. Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has been fully remodeled from the floor up. Park the car in your free parking space and walk to everything the area has to offer. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Campus Stadium and Moby Arena are only steps away. Book today!

The condo has been remodeled from the floor up with all high end finishes and dimmable lighting. It is located up a fight of stairs above the Rainbow Restaurant. As guests at the condo we hope you enjoy the luxury, urban feel of the condo and the area while being in the middle of the action!

The current hours of the restaurant are:
Monday Closed
Tuesday Closed
Wednesday 8AM–2PM
Thursday 8AM–2PM
Friday 8AM–2PM
Saturday 8AM–2PM
Sunday 8AM–2PM

Full access to the condo and upstairs porch as well as 2 dedicated parking spaces

Other things to note:
There is potential for some outside noise during the day if the windows are open. Also, since it's a downtown location there is an occasional train that passes by.

This was our first time staying at Caleb's airbnb. The space was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare dinners and bake some treats. Having the outside deck was an added bonus! We would stay here again for sure!

Clean, modern and conveniently located with lots of amenities! This well-thought out charming unit is generously stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Beds are comfortable. AC works great. Full size washer and dryer. Our family of 4 appreciated all of the conveniences. Caleb is responsive and professional. Thank you for a great stay.
