Great spot in old town

Really great property in Old Town. Very spacious apartment, with everything we needed. The garage was super convenient, and could ask for a better location. Loved the cafe downstairs :) Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and the location was amazing! Our host, Stacy, was attentive and accommodating. The place was clean, beds were so comfortable, and instructions were simple. We enjoyed Fort Collins and all it had to offer and we will be back often.

Check in was very easy and straight forward. The loft was in a great location, easy walk to everything. Very spacious and clean. Communication was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Private garage was a big plus.

Amazing!

This loft was wonderful! So modern and a great design! Place was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Location with big windows looking over the Main Street was great for watching all the activities on the street. Great location in Old Town! Would definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent location

If you like downtown Fort Collins, this is the best place to stay. Right in the middle of all the action but surprisingly quiet at night. THis condo was very clean and comfortable. Stacy was a great host. The garage parking is very tight but we were able to fit our jeep Cherokee in it.

This is truly a dream short term rental. It looks exactly like the photos, but maybe even better if that’s possible. Every possible thing is thought of, great communication by the host, quiet and peaceful, you could not ask for more. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner twice. The beds are super comfortable, the views out the window make you feel like you are part of the old town community In Fort Collins. There’s so much to do right outside of your door. We absolutely loved this gorgeous place and they did such an amazing job with design. We would love to stay here again. I would give more than five stars if I could.

This was a perfect location for Old Town in every way. Beneath us was a coffee shop. We had an oversized garage where we easily fit a Yukon. For out-of-towners, this location is an easy 10 minute walk from New Belgium Brewing and just off Old Town Square. It would be hard to find a property more “in the heart of Old Town.” The property itself was fantastic. You can see the pictures for yourself, but we very comfortably traveled with four adults and one seven year-old. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I was a longtime resident of Fort Collins visiting with family and I couldn’t think of a better location in old town.
