We enjoyed our stay overall. It was just very hot. We had a hard time cooling down the house with how hot it was outside.

Our host was absolutely wonderful and even opened the property early for us so our poor dog could rest after a difficult day at the hospital. Great location, quiet neighborhood… Would definitely stay here again.

The backyard is the best part about this house. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the floors needed cleaned. We had to call for our code to get into the front door when we arrived.

Great property if you’re bringing dogs! Amazing backyard that is fully fenced with a dog door. House is plenty spacious and beds were comfortable. Clean home. We would definitely stay here again BUT would say it was tough sleeping in the summer heat without AC and I wish the kitchen was just a smidge more stocked/updated with newer utensils, more coffee cups, etc.

Quiet and close - great for pets!

This home was a great place to stay in Ft Collins. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Yard was great for our dog as well. Home is cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful backyard and neighborhood

This is an older, very clean home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in their lovely backyard and taking morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They do not have central air but there is an air conditioner in the main bedroom and fans in all other rooms.

Spacious house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Its convenient location near Old Town made it easy to access dining and shopping options. There were plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including playgrounds for our little one. The house itself is spacious, offering ample room to relax and find some quiet time when needed. We highly recommend it for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home in Fort Collins.

A quiet, comfortable place to stay

The home is older but in good condition, located across from a school you would think it should be noisy, not so. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is not far from anything happening in Fort Collins. Dawn was excellent to work with and was easy to contact for any needs we might have, we did not have any needs since the residence had all we needed. I highly recommend this property. I would certaninly go back again.
