“The property matched the pictures and description perfectly. It was the perfect location: quiet abut close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils allowing me to cook meals as needed. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed seeing the chickens in the neighbor’s yard each day. My dachshund got a kick out of them too. This is the second home of Gwen’s I’ve stayed at and it’s a pleasure each time. Would definitely recommend. ”

“This studio unit is spacious and well equipped. Very clean and the screened in balcony was perfect for breakfast. The supplied beach chairs & umbrella came in handy. The condo is across from a private country club pool which unfortunately you don’t have access to but beach access is very close and convenient. Overall, nice condo and would definitely stay here again. Host was proactive and provided good communication.”

“Good afternoon. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home this weekend. The overall stay was okay, we did have a few issues with pest control. They were in the kitchen and also in one of the bedrooms. Also, we had a few family members stop by to visit and the red jeep next door was parked in front of the house blocking where we needed to park. Not sure how that is supposed to work. The front tub was still dirty and we had to clean it again.”

“The property was clean and very quiet. It has everything on site for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work for a week and staying here was much more pleasant and less expensive than staying in a local hotel for a week. ”
