We had an issue with a musty smell in the room initially assigned to us. When we informed the manager she immediately moved us to a room that was fine, no questions asked.

This camper felt roomy and was well stocked. Rachel was a great host. We could have left half our gear at home. TV worked well and so did the kitchen equipment along with the AC and heat.
