Great Ft Myers Vacation House

We had a great time and stay. The house was really comfortable and in a great location. We had a small dinner party and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Definately would stay here again and again.

Amazing getaway

Overall great property and location. Had some issues with the pool but property management had their team on it right away. Very clean, great location. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and less than a mile to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back

Best vaca ever!

This house was perfect!! Between the pool and the 5 minute walk to the beach our kids kept busy!! The house had everything we needed, we ate at the house a few meals a day and on the rainy days we played games they provided! The town is still working to rebuild but we were close to a few restaurants that were open! We would stay here again!!

Nice south Florida get away

House was very clean and cozy. Very much enjoyed the area. Although fort Meyers is still recovering there is still plenty to do and see. Beach access is about a 5 - 7 minute walk and a great beach for small kids. (Shallow and very little waves). Sanibel island was a short drive away and a great place to visit.

Great beach vacation house.

Location was great, we could walk to the beach. Problem was that the main road was always a traffic jam… took us 1 hour to travel 1 mile! So if you need groceries you have to go before 11:00. Also we had to rent beach chairs and a wagon because they had none.

Amazing Stay

The house is perfect! By far the BEST stay we’ve ever had. The Coastal Living boxes in the kitchen and bathrooms were so thoughtful and kept us from running to the store. Boxes included sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and much more. The pool and outdoor area was immaculate and the porch was lovely. We will definitely be back. Sheets on the bed are the only downfall to this perfect home. They are cheap and felt like sand paper. With that being said, I would still give this house 10 out of 10. Thanks Coastal Properties.

Awesome property…

Beautiful! Clean! Lots of extra pillows, blankets, and towels! Excellent location! Easy beach 🏖️ access! Lots of sitting areas that fit your whole group. Truly enjoyed the pool and sitting area by the pool! Would 100% recommend! Loved everything about it.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful property.

The property was so nice, clean, and new. The pool was super nice. The house and pool both were very well equipped as well. Was ideally located with only a few minute walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was absolutely perfect for my family. The house was lovely and very clean. Amazing location. Had everything we needed for our large family. Wagon, cooler, toys were all provided and available. Pool was great. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Location

The house was great. Fresh, new finishes. My only complaint would be the finish on the pool surface is super scratchy, similar to 40 grit sandpaper which caused scratches and bleeding to members of our entire family while using the pool. Otherwise a great choice.

This property was spacious and extremely clean. Comfortable beds, and virtually any kitchen or items needed were there. Convenient neighborhood location to the beach access. Lovely time to help FMB. The PM were so helpful; they replied ASAP. Great instructions - A+ property!!

Great stay and great location!

Our group of three couples enjoyed staying at this property. The new construction house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and was very clean when we arrived as well. A short walk to the beach and a walkable distance from many other bars and restaurants. While the houses on Fort Myers Beach are closer together, the pool area/backyard has a tall fence on all sides providing excellent privacy. Would definitely stay here again!
