“Great combination of sun, beach, pool and island ”

“Chris was a wonderful host, answering all my silly questions promptly. The rental was clean, and decorated like a loved home, and not a sterile hotel. We had access to washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars, so no need to drive anywhere. The only downside was our stay was only a week. We plan on returning in the future, and staying longer. Thanks Chris & Jake!”

“This is the second time we have stayed at Jeff's property. It is always a very joyous occasion for our family as we spend the holidays and an entire month on the beach! Jeff has everything you need including chairs, a wagon toys for the beach and pool towels for the heated pool. The house is perfect. The outdoor screened in porch is one of our favorite areas where we spend many evenings watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. Morning, coffee is also very enjoyable on the porch. The……

“Amazing house with a great location! The hosts were easy to work and communicate with throughout. We had everything needed, including towels and kitchen items. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area. Plenty of loungers and a huge tv to watch the games! The sun shelf in the pool was a bonus. It was an easy walk down the street to beach access as well as coffee at Mojos. As always, we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in and around Times Square. ”
