“We loved our Fort Myers Vrbo. The house was clean and comfortable, with the amenities we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the fenced-in backyard sandpit, and the hot tub was nice, though we didn’t even use it. It was nice that the downstairs is a complete apartment. There is no inside stairway, but the weather was great so not a big deal. The house is a short walk from the beach, which was not crowded at all. The big hotels are far down the beach. “Best pool at a rental property we have used. Very clean, warm, without any of the hassle/extra costs that often comes with rental pools. The location of the property is top notch and will only get better as Fort Meyers Beach continues to rebuild! We really enjoyed our extended family spring break!”

“Pros: excellent location, comfortable beds.Cons: when moving in, we were given incorrect entry code, property description says 3 bedrooms but there are only 2 of them, in second bedroom bed blocks the closet doors and closet is unusable, property was very dirty - filthy carpets, floors, grimy windows, rubbish and old socks on the patio, ancient, nasty fridge without shelving.Property photos do not reflect reality. ”

This duplex had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable week at the beach - plenty of beach towels, sand toys, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen and bathroom were also well stocked with the little supplies that make things easier (spices, soaps, etc).We walked to the beach multiple times, quick 3 minute walk…our favorite part of the island as it’s a bit quieter and relaxed for families.The pool area is wonderful - turf, comfortable chairs and……
