"Spent our Spring break here and house was great. All amenities you need as if was your own home. Sunsets on dock were beautiful. Pool refreshing. Location work for us as we wantes to go to different beaches. Not far from many shopping centers or restaurants. Communication with Ed was great. Checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions of local restaurants and checked in on our last day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again."

"We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely home. The house was clean, spacious and very close to the beach! Grocery stores, shops and many restaurants are right around the corner. Not to mention the ice cream shop right down the street. Owner was very accessible and replied quickly with any questions we had. For us, the star of the home was the backyard pool! We enjoyed it every day, all day long. It was everything we had hoped for as our three week Florida getaway rental!"

"I could not have asked for a better week at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners even went out and bought board games, pack-n-play and a high chair for our stay. I was VERY impressed by this. The house is huge and we had plenty of space for everyone!!! Each couple had their own room and full bath which was great! "We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs...

"The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. "The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall."

"I have been at 3 different rooms/apartments from this site and it's way much better than staying in a hotel. It's clean and newly renovated. Love the easy check in process. Comfortable. I just hope there are darkening curtains so we can sleep in longer. It's too bright in the room even with the mini blinds. Feels like i'm still outside. Just saying to make it perfect. Thanks."
