「A beautiful traditional Hanok with modern facilities. Suited us perfectly. The location was amazing near a number of must see attractions. We are a short family so the small bathrooms were no problem, but if you’re tall going to the loo might be a bit of a squeeze. The host was really helpful and communicated in English which was super helpful. Many thanks. 」

Although we had some cold weather the outside seating for drinks was still very usable for morning coffee and sundowners.The location is very close (50m) to a subway station for convenient travel across the city & the added bonus was the Airport Express bus dropping off literally 20m away made the transfer about as easy as you could...

「One week stay with my wife and 15 year old son. Just wonderful. Two bedrooms and a full basement "Netflix" room could serve as a third. The radiant floor heating took some getting used to but lends itself to a cozy warm feeling of home, especially after wandering the interesting intricate streets of Seoul in mid February. 「Our large group (including 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week. We didn't have a car, but the bus was very convenient for our group. It really felt like a home that someone cares about. Very clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful design touches, and Kitae was an EXCELLENT host - very hospitable and proactive. 「When you go to the museum and see a historic map of Seoul, you can find this street in the center. It was a walk to all the sites l. There was a traditional village, historic shopping area, all the palaces, and the market all within a mile. A historic looking house in a residential neighborhood with all the modern amenities. What a find.」

「A really beautiful space with traditional architecture. The cozy space is very well utilised and has style. A great area with coffee shops, restaurants and bars all in easy walking distance. Very convenient for Seoul Station just down the hill. The stairs are steep and the mattress is firm, but if these things suit you it will be a fantastic stay. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer as originally planned. Sunny is a great host, communicative and accomodating. Would recommended to anyone!」

「Property Manager was professional and responded in a timely manner. Property was clean and directions to the site were relatively easy to understand. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay very much! I'd say two adults could fit there comfortably, 4 if you are on a budget but space would be very tight. 」
