"The hotel is essentially self0-service. There is no front desk, you check yourself in. A staff person is in an office off the lobby. The hotel has a dynami te location similar to Times Square in New York but it is is a pedestrian only area and the streets are not labeled and it's hard to to find your way around. Absolute minimal maid service, no coffee in the room, a little claustrophobic with one small window looking at a wall. You can't get picked up by an uber or taxi .The only thing it has going for it is the location in my opinion and the price is reasonable."

"The amenities in the room were a lifesaver. I got the room with two bedrooms which was basically a small apartment. It came equipped with a small kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a closet steamer so you can look good every day. The view of Namsan tower was also great and we could not have asked for a better location--convenient but not too busy with people. Will definitely be staying here again."

"PROS- Location was great. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, Lotte Department Store, and the Catholic Cathedral. Book a room with the view of the Cathedral. The other side is noisy. CONS- Room is quite small. Outdated. I can imagine my 6'2" brother sitting on the toilet with his knees hitting the shower door. Towels were frayed. No bathroom counter space!!! I couldn't sleep for two nights because the room had too many mosquitoes. My son was bit on his face and hand. I informed the front staff."
