Brand New Vacation Home

Welcome to this delightful 3-bedroom, 2-b home located in serene San Carlos Park. This fully furnished property sleeps 6 guests comfortably, making it ideal for both family vacations and group getaways.

The living room is spacious with a large TV, providing a cozy spot to watch your favorite shows and movies. The Lanai offers an additional 55-inch Smart TV, perfect for outdoor entertainment.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and has a lovely table with seating for six guests.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and the two additional bedrooms have a King-size bed and two twin beds, respectively. Each room is equipped with 55" Inch Smart TV and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and cozy during your stay.

This home also has two full bathrooms, ensuring that you can get ready comfortably without waiting. The outdoor space is fully fenced, making it perfect for spending time with family or friends. There is additional outdoor seating, including a BBQ grill, Lounge chairs, and a fire pit to make memories on cool evenings.

It was a beautiful property and I would have rated it much higher except for the communication with the host. At 1:15 am the smoke alarm went off and started loudly saying "FIRE, FIRE". It then started chirping and continued to chirp all night. I was wearing ear plugs and was able to sleep through the chirping, but my husband was up all night. At 8 am, we left a voicemail for the host, texted him, and left him a message. There was no reply from him until a couple hours later when I got a standard message asking us how our first night went. My husband was not able to reach the smoke detector to remove it, even standing on a chair. Luckily, our friends who were staying at their parents' condo nearby brought us a ladder so we were able to disable it. At that point, I emailed the host again to say the problem was taken care of. Since we had our dog with us and were going to be leaving him when we went out, we didn't want someone coming over when we weren't there. The only response I received was "thank you". No apologies for the inconvenience it caused. If our friends had not brought over the ladder, it would have continued chirping and we wouldn't have been able to stay there. My poor husband was exhausted the next day since he had been up all night. We were only staying 2 nights to see our friends who were in town, so it really put a damper on our short visit. It's unfortunate because it was a nice home and backyard. It really is important to have a responsive host.

My stay at brand new vacation home.

Our stay here was great, We enjoined are stay at this large beautiful house. Great location, a lot of good restaurants and close shopping, Back yard was fenced in which was great for our small dog. Very quite.

Very clean and spacious

Very clean and plenty of room to accommodate our party of 6 easily. Only has just enough towels and wash clothes to accommodate the 6, so needed to wash when we wanted fresh towels (laundry supplies provided). Breaker tripped on washer when we were all up and about during the day, so that was a little annoying. Also saw camera with floodlights on the front side of the house, but lights never came on. Would have liked to have front porch light on at night. Otherwise, fabulous stay. Great house and great host to communicate with.
