"The place looks nothing like the photos in Expedia. EVERYTHING is outdated, run down, or not operational. The hot tub had a sign saying it was shut down by the health department (not kidding). The beds were old and uncomfortably flat and lumpy. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the painted surfaces are cracked or need repainting. There were giant stains on the hallway carpeting on several floors. The outside windows had green mildew on them. The kitchen had supplies, but no eating utensils. We got 2 towels and zero housekeeping during our stay. I could go on, but isn't that enough to NOT include them in any vacation package or hotel rental (except the lowest category, which I wouldn't even want to offer)? I don't think I'll ever consider an Expedia vacation package because it was a terrible property and experience."

"Girl at the front desk was friendly. We canceled our reservation for this establishment minutes after walking in. The room was slowly falling apart. The tiles in the shower were flaking apart,the tub fixtures were rusty and outdated, the texturing on the ceiling was flakey. Theres a sign posted that if you take your breakfast items to your room to eat, they will charge you. Which doesn't make sense, because where would i sit to eat if the few tables they have were filled. This place would be a " quick nights rest" type situation, not for family stays or longer stays. "

"Hotel price good for location and rooms nice. Our second weekend we stayed at the same extended stay and the refrigerator made a lot of noise. "

"First of all the check in process was truly impersonal. How exactly was i supposed to feel welcomed by a monitor? But then we got to the room.. the vinyl on the sofa was peeling off. There was a long black hair in the shower and no extra blanket. The blankets were so thin we really needed one. In the middle of the night car alarms went of next door and people were loudly partying till 3 am. Back to the front desk situation, who would i even complain too? The place was truly run down and I'll but be staying there again. Kudos to whoever took pics of the place you really fooled me. "
