“The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially large. The valets were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was very large and comfortable. After checking out, we had a few hours before it was time to go to the airport. We found a comfortable area of the lobby with chaise lounge chairs and just rested and watched TV. I appreciated that they had ice water in the lobby. My only complaint would be that there were no ice machines. There was an ice freezer but the one on my floor never had……

“Excellent hotel for a short stay in Tampa. No better location if you have an event at the arena. With a Starbucks on site and good food in the Hotel restaurant we enjoyed our stay. ”

The hair dryer was missing and, upon calling the front desk, a dryer was delivered in minutes. It is a great hotel, deserving of the high ratings from other guests. ”
