"We were in Florida for a week and needed a bit of laundry done. No soap avail to wash clothes. Asked the housekeepers and they didn’t understand English. Finally we got a handful on soap to do laundry. Breakfast was ok but ran out of bacon and eggs. We asked one of the workers but again no English. Kind of disappointing."

"There was no sign on the building. Had to search on foot for the hotel. It was in a terrible neighborhood. We tried to call them but they did not answer their phone. Hey hotels.com. Do us all a favor and stop offering this property. We need to have faith in your choices!!"

"The TV did not work properly. I couldn't change channels and the remote was not functioning properly. We only had one coffee cup and there was no one on site to retrieve another one. The shower was very confusing and there were no instructions. The beds look like they were from World War ii. I would never stay there again do not recommend."

"The house was very well furnished and really clean. The hostess was perfectly accommodating about a small problem with lightbulb and pool heat.It’s located in a very quiet residential area with a great view.."
