"The property was quite beautiful and accurate to what the pictures show. Unfortunately, we needed to end our stay early because we noticed there were some bugs and couldn’t keep peace of mind staying after making the discovery. In light of this, we requested a partial refund for the night we did not stay, however the property owner was unresponsive. "Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
