"Property was nice but room cleaning/restocking was inconsistent. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues only 1 bed was made, they sometimes replaced the coffee pods or towels. We left each morning by 6AM and came back around 2PM and the room had not been touched. Pool was very nice. "

"This hotel was not as sold. Our room with pool view was basically staring directly at the hotel elevator doors. The worst was our bathroom sliding door did not stay closed by 5 inches and was in direct view of the window that everyone was passing getting off elevator. The bedside electrical outlets were going in and out. They worked for a few minutes and then would turn off and on. The hot tub was broken the entire stay and we basically booked this hotel for the hot tub. They said there was coffee 24 hours in the lobby and there was cold morning coffee every day afternoon and evening. The staff was very good our first night and the next two nights the staff was extremely non attentive and rude when approached asking about anything. It was uncomfortable and we never even told them about any of our complaints, which I'm guessing would have made them worse. "

"We like to stay at Marg Hotels & have stayed here before. Something this year we didn’t like was the gate to the terrace has been removed and a sign welcoming the public in was out on the sidewalk. When we went up for an “early dinner” the terrace couches, tables, games for kids- everything was taken over. I think paying the price they charge they should make it so that their paying guests can enjoy the amenities. It Came off money hungry to get anyone in they could & didn’t really care for the guests staying at the hotel. We won’t be back to this property because of this. If we can’t enjoy it because it’s overcrowded with beach goers and public guests we will find somewhere else for the family to be able to enjoy an evening on site instead of walking around town to find somewhere else to enjoy our time together. "
