「My room reeked of what I believe was cigarette smoke. When I told this to the front desk, she vehemently denied that anyone smoked in that room, and furthermore it had never been a smoking room. The room had that stale, smoke stench like it hasn't been smoked in for years. I could barely stand being in the room.
