Great Stay. Great Location!

Great little spot convenient to the beach and grocery store. Pool was a nice bonus for hanging out on a rainy day!

Spring break 2024

Came down for my kids spring break from school. The house is great for a family being close to the beach and having a pool. Very close to the grocery. No waiting in traffic for that. Still quite a bit of work going on to get the island back in order following hurricane Ian. We were happy to spend some time and money to help bring the island back to what it was. Will definitely check availability next time we visit FMB.

I did not like it

The floors were dirty, the glass of the dining room table was dirty, as if they had cleaned it with a greasy cloth. Forks, spoons, pans and pots with food remains, my wife washed everything before using it. For two nights we slept very badly because the mattress sagged in the middle, my son looked at the bed and the middle support was not in place. The ceiling fans were working on the wrong side, we also fixed them, the downstairs room if you want to sleep with the fan, the The light stays on, because they connected directly, (not very smart). The sofa bed did not have sheets, we had to buy them. We did not find cleaning products, nor brooms, or floor cleaner. We did not use the pool because the light was floating in the water. The entire pool area, the floors and the lounge chairs were with red ants, the first night we sat in that area we felt like they were biting us and we thought they were mosquitoes, we have very white skin, we still have the bump , with an extra thousand dollars I could vacation for a week in Myrtle Beach SC, in a condo on the beach. I forgot to say that the neighbor next door, on Sunday at 7 am, started cutting the grass ,(can you imagine?)No kind of consideration. I really expected something much better in this property, for the money we paid.
