「We really enjoyed the pool, which was cold and perfect for the summer heat. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There is a couch in the living room even though the photos do not show it. The hang gliders were fun to watch as well. 」

「Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Above the Clouds Chalet! The house was spacious and full of unique antiques for us to look at and enjoy. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with most everything we needed down to paper towels and garbage bags. They had even supplied our favorite coffee for the coffee maker! We used the deck quite a bit, eating our meals outside, as well as using the hot tub which was on the end of the deck. The deck supplied you with views of the valley, no matter the time of day....

「The cabin was so homey and cute. It was very clean and had all that we could need for our weekend getaway. It was calm and serene. 」

「Perfect for a one or two person escape. Gorgeous view and comfortable accommodations. Would maybe suggest a hot plate or an electric frying pan so a small something could be toasted or cooked instead of microwaved. Everything else was provided and lovely.」

「It was a wonderful stay for our family of 4 (13 and 3 year olds). A peaceful location amongst the trees with a fishing pond just a stroll down the hill. It was a great central location for our trips to Cloudland Canyon, Lookout Mountain, and Chattanooga. The host was responsive and no detail was missed in the cabin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!」

「We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. 「This cabin was plenty good sized for our family of eight. Make sure to list the qty of your party as this listing charges extra per person after 2 & only provides towels for the number in your reservation. Beds were very comfortable. We were not there long enough to cook however there appeared to be a good supply of kitchen ware plus they provided soaps etc. This house is located in a loop of homes and there is a little pond to visit if you have time. It is very quiet and secluded at the bottom...
