"We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and plenty of things to see locally. The place was very quiet and comfortable. "Host was great to deal with and very responsive. Had some issues with BBQ and she brought a new one right away. House is clean and lots of towels extra bedding. Main bedroom mattress could use a nice foam topper as very hard. Info states air conditioning but it didn’t actually have any. Just blew warm air. It was easy cool down though by opening windows at night and there are a few fans. Could you sue some better pots and pans & plates etc. The screen porch was the best part and great to have with mosquitos etc. Needs some cards and games for entertainment. Also would have been nice to have a wagon and beach chairs to take down to water. Property is located fairly close to water but a bit further to the beach itself. Overall it was a good stay but needs above to make it more enjoyable. Nice gated community."

"The inside of the house was very clean. The screened in front porch was not clean, we spend about 5 hours cleaning the backyard getting rid of webbing on the house and sweeping off the outside patio areas as well as scrubbing the screened in porch. Once that was done the place was great."
