“When I first entered the room, it smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to let them know and was asked if I’d like a different room. I declined a different room and went to take a shower. The body wash and shampoo bottles were empty. I called the front desk and they had someone send up some. The bed was very comfortable which was the greatest thing.
