“The room had dirty towels in the bathroom when I asked for clean towels those were stained yellow they wasn't white at all. No elevator and the halls smelled like old cigarettes and old carpet.I waited until I got home to shower. “Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!”

“I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row……
