Welcome to Hansel. This duplex is located in the heart of Fort Smith and near the historic downtown area. Only minutes away from Baptist Health, restaurants, the National Historic Site and the famous Judge Parker's courthouse. Enjoy Fort Smith's river front park that is friendly towards joggers, taking strolls and cyclists alike.

Within the home you will find updated amenities such as appliances, laundry utilities and bathroom essentials.

An intimate space, this 1 bedroom unit (1 Queen bed) features and 1 bathroom. The kitchen features solid shaker cabinets and granite tops, stove, electric range, refrigerator, coffee maker and stocked pan/dishes and utensils! Don't bother with the laundry mat, a full size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Cute little place

I am so happy with the little apartment I rented. It was so cute. It’s kinda small but was plenty big enough for me. The check in process was very easy and the neighborhood was pretty good too. There was off-road parking in the front of the property and a back alley that I used so that I could have my car parked closer and safer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very Nice and Centrally Located

This was very clean, updated, and a quiet neighborhood. We had a "mother nature" event that knocked out power, and when I reported it, the owner responded within 2 minutes to let us know it was being worked on by the electric company as it was a blackout. We will consider it when staying in Fort Smith again!

Recently moved from California and this is a perfect, cute and quiet little place for one person, even two. Very clean, I would absolutely stay here again!
