Id been better off sleeping in my truck. Worse beds ever. Pet fee was 75 per animal. Better off not stopping here. My kids complained about the bed being uncomfortable. Restless due to being uncomfortable. Other then that the place was clean.

The location was good. It was easy access to I10 and to town. The only complaint I have was the a/c in the room would not go below 78 and so it was very hot at night.

Disappointed

I booked this hotel even though it was much more expensive than other hotels because it showed pictures of a hot tub when I couldn’t find it I went to the front desk and the manager said those were old pictures they filled in the hot tub! Very disappointed the room was new and the bed was comfortable. We were staying on the first floor and at 5:30am the breakfast worker was talking very loudly with the front desk person and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The breakfast was as mentioned in other reviews bagels, muffins and cereal nothing else. I would not stay again.

Spark is a discounted Hilton brand and may have a niche for some, but this property was substandard in relation to the typical Hilton property. For example, no ice bucket or even plastic water glasses in the room, but the room had 2 refrigerators! Weird! The breakfast was only cereal/pastries, no hot food! The coffee machine was out of service and my coffee creamer of choice was also empty. I probably will not stay at another Spark property based on this experience!

Overall excellent place: Clean and updated rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast was mainly bagels and cereal so that would be better if more options and warm food or at least a microwave to heat the limited items they had. More options were available like breakfast sandwiches but they needed to be purchased.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, check in was fast, the lobby and room were clean and attractively designed and the value for the money was was good. Breakfast was just ok with bagels, muffins, some fruit, cereal, boiled eggs and juice. I've things I hadn't seen anywhere else was the farm fresh vanilla yogurt dispenser. I got a small cup, added yogurt, strawberry young and granola and my wife loved it!

The room, service and pool area were fine but the complimentary breakfast was very weak. There was zero hot food served, there was bagels but no bread for toast, there was only 2 juices to choose from and the oj was bitter and the milk for the cereal was warm. A couple went out and brought McDonald’s back.
