Great Little Hideaway!

Tucked back off of the road, it’s a charming little out of the way place to get away too! Beautiful view of the decks and the hummingbirds are fun to watch while you take in the view!

This place is just right for a couple. Kitchen has everything that you need. The bed is comfortable, this is sometimes hard to find. The view of the lake is just perfect. We will be returning.

Waterfront Cottage

Upon arrival the yard is untidy. Lots of branches, leaves, empty red plastic tub and empty flowerpots out front. Lots of brush and downed trees by the fishing dock. The shower was full of hair. The home is older than it appears in the pictures. That being said, the lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and I cleaned the shower. The house was also well stocked with everything needed, including a snack box and coffee. I would say the cabin needs a little TLC, but it had its charm, and I would certainly consider another stay.

The location was good. The living room and bedroom were clean. The kitchen was supplied adequately, but had some cleanliness issues. The shower had areas of mold. Linens were left in the dryer. There were several missing window screens. The decks and furniture were very soiled. The door entrance had yard debris. The key box code was incorrect. We requested a one third reimbursement from the owner and have not heard from him other than he was out of the country and could not deal with the request. Because of the elevated cost of the rental we expected pristine.

Wonderful cozy weekend

Went with my fiancee for a quiet getaway and had an amazing time, the house is super comfortable and cozy, the view on the lake is gorgeous and it was all around a great place to relax and enjoy being away from the city.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great place for a small family, 4 at the most. The place was nice and cozy. It rained for over 50% of time we were there but we bought family games to keep us busy and watched tv in between. My husband did go throw out a reel on the dock but nothing was biting while we were there. The only productive criticism I have is the shower head needs to be fixed so that it will hang. But all and all a successful little getaway.
