「This cottage is an absolute gem. Sooo close to everything! Don’t choose this space is you’re a cooker, it’s for someone like me that only needs the chiller for wine and snacks. Outside of no real kitchen it perfect for couples. Definitely will stay with this company again. 」

「Charming cottage in great location. Bedrooms are at separate corners of the home so good for privacy or little ones sleeping. House was clean, functional and communication was excellent. 」

「Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. 」

「Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. 」

「We had the best time staying in this oasis! Everything was perfect and we even had beach accessories to take with us. We love this neighborhood so much and love how close the beach access was. We loved a great lunch and popsicle from Camille’s. The bed was so comfy and the kitchen and fridge was nice to have as well. 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Smith House in Grayton Beach. It was his birthday week and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location, with lots of great restaurants and the beach within walking distance (or a quick bike ride!). 「The property was definitely more than what we expected. You cant beat the price, there was everything we needed in the home. It was very spacious. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. It was nice. Plan on booking again at this property when we visit Florida again. The owner was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend! 」
