This property is under renovation so that was a little inconvenient, but the staff was very helpful to make us feel comfortable. We had a little problem with ants and the staff member, Rebecca, moved us to a different room. The breakfast was great. Was a little problem finding how to get to motel, a sign at the road might help. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay.

Clean room. There was ongoing Construction at the main entrance which could not be helped. It was a difficult side entrance for those with mobility issues. Breakfast was ok but there was an ant crawling inside the Saran wrapping of the last bread slice. The staff was very pleasant.

Hotel is in a not so good area. Strange people hang out in parking lot. Hotel manager called us while we were out and question why we didn't check out and why we left our belongings in the room. Mind you we were supposed to be checking out the following day. Got back that night and our room key did not work. Bathroom in room was not that clean. The beds also were not that great. Will not stay there again

There is no fitness center. Pool and lobby under construction. Breakfast was good. Nothing to do in the area for 20 miles. It served its purpose for a weekend graduation.

The parking lot is a mess. Dodging potholes before even getting to a parking spot. They were under construction, so I will give the benefit of a doubt. The temporary office was a side door that led to a messy room. I rang the buzzer 3 times while waiting 15 minutes for someone to come check me in. No one ever came. I cancelled my reservation and went down the road to the Best Western for the same cost and way better quality of a stay.

Handicap-accessible room was on the third floor and as far away from the dirty elevator as possible, which was not appropriate for us. We were there to check in at 4 pm, and were told that the first floor accessible rooms weren't cleaned yet and the housekeepers may have already left so we couldn't get that room. We called the day before and were told that they had a walk-in shower, only to find upon arrival that those did not in fact exist. With Travelocity's help we canceled our reservations and found another place. We did not stay. Hotel was under construction, but we weren't told of that. Pool was empty, nothing about that either.
