The property is very close to the highway, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was also below the standard I expected from Hampton Inn. I stayed for two nights, and on both mornings when I visited the breakfast lounge, several items on the buffet were empty. Even after waiting several minutes, there was little progress in replenishing the food. As a result, I ended up having only a partial breakfast on both mornings. Overall, the stay was okay, but the highway noise and breakfast service significantly affected my experience.

Clean room and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, small pool. The floor in our bathroom was uneven, so the bathroom door kept getting stuck in a certain spot making it difficult to get in and out.

For the price, the hotel was reasonable. As for amenities, the breakfast was less than adequate and needs an upgrade. What really caught me by surprise was a $5 charge for parking. In Fort Wayne? IMO it was just another tax for staying there and you need to figure it in your rate or get rid of it. My room was on the freeway side and the noise was loud in my room.

The air conditioning worked well in the room & the beds were comfortable . The room was not very clean and there are many repairs needed. Breakfast was not great. Daytime staff was friendly. For the price paid, I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was well stocked and the service staff putting it on was amazing. The pool is below average and could use some work and upgrades. It is peeling around edges, not very large and only one shallow depth throughout.

We were welcomed very kindly at the front desk; however, our non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke, there was almost a 2-inch gap between the bottom of our room door and the floor (we could literally see the hallway from inside of our room), our bathroom door wouldn't shut, and things looked pretty banged up throughout the entire floor. The people running this hotel are amazing, but I don't think I would stay here again for the price we paid to be there.

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the older gentleman who assisted with breakfast service—he was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome by chatting with us each morning. His warmth really made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is very pet-friendly, which is something we truly appreciate. This was our second time staying here, and we would happily return again. The bathrooms are modern and updated, and I especially loved the shampoo and soap provided—they're high quality and a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended!

The receptionists were incredibly friendly. Our room was decent but smelled so strongly of pet urine, it was terrible. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud but if we were to turn it off the room was hot and muggy. The continental breakfast was what you'd expect, it was nothing over the top. If we had the choice to stay somewhere else for a future trip we would not choose this location again.
