Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy a resort-style pool, 24/7 fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, billiards gaming area, and a pet-friendly community with its own dog park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Once I got the combination to open my room door, I went to my room and it didn’t have a keypad to enter my code. It had a lock that needed a key. When I called about that they said sorry we don’t have any other rooms or the key. My plane was delayed, this was going on 3am. There I stood in the lobby trying to figure out where to go. I would like a full refund plus’s the expense to take Uber to another hotel and the difference of the cost of the hotel.
