Freshly remodeled condo in desirable location, secure gated community, conveniently located within 5 miles of 4 major hospitals, Fort Worth's Cultural District, Historic Stockyards, Trinity Park, Rockwood Golf Course, Downtown, multiple restaurants, shopping & popular 7th st local nightlife. Code access to front door for your convenience.

Unit features open floor plan, 50" 4K smart TV to stream your favorite channel apps w/3.1 surround sound, blue ray player, extra couch blankets for lounging, dimmable lighting and WBFP.

Fully stock kitchen features leathered granite kitchen countertops, induction range with convection oven, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, convection toaster oven, pantry, & dining area.

Double quartz bathroom vanity, height adjustable shower head, luxury Turkish cotton bath towels. Laundry in bathroom.

Bedroom has Queen bed with 825 TC Egyptian cotton linens, 32" smart TV, dresser, blackout curtains, custom closet system w/shoe rack & full size ironing board.

Great long term stay in Fortworth TX

Great location, Gated, All the amenities, including washer and dryer with lots of great hot water. Quiet, Close to Super Target, Tom Thumbs, many restaurants within walking distance, One of the best restaurants we found was The Blue Mesa --nearby. One huge Antique Mall nearby. Two miles from the Fort Worth Stockyards (Great). Very Convenient to down-town, I-20, I-30 and Chisholm Trail Frwy. While there God blessed us with our first grand-child. P.S.-- Thanks to Kevin who met us at the Condo and answered all our questions.
