This house is very minimal. It is not inviting, when you arrive the yard is unkept with dirty front door. Inside the house it was stale smelling and no kind of deco items to make you feel welcome. The sectional is broke in 2 different places. There was only 4 bath towels so not everyone had a clean towel to use at shower time. The beds are not comfortable at all, very - very hard. This property is described to have a hot tub. I emailed and ask if the hot tub would be avaliable and if there was a coffee pot. My answer from property owner was "Yes and Yes". But.. there is no hot tub or coffee pot! I consider this false advertisement. The back yard has trash all through it and very unkept. I have rented several VRBO properties but this is the worst that I have ever rented. The source of communication I had was the cleaning lady phone to text, I texted her on my arrival day, she forwarded it to the property owner but I need not receive an answer at all.
