Este lugar tem potencial mas infelizmente eu tive uma experiência não tão boa. Primeiramente tive problemas com a portaria que mesmo meu nome estando listo como locador, eu não tinha permissão pra colocar o carro pra dentro do condomínio para nosso desembarque. O ar-condicionado no meu quarto quebrou e demorou alguns dias até consertar. A água no chuveiro da suite master tem vazamento. Eu recebi um sobrinho que estava vindo pra me visitar por 2h00 e mesmo eu estando dentro do condomínio e pedindo ao porteiro pra deixá-lo entrar, eles não deixaram até que eu entrasse em contato com o dono do apartamento e o adicionasse no sistema. Por final mesmo não tendo ar-condicionado na suíte master o proprietário não ofereceu nenhum desconto como forma de compensação pelo problema.

Viagem em família. Já a um tempo vínhamos programando uma viagem em família, mas com a pandemia e a alta inflação não encontrávamos oportunidade, até que minha filha viu o anúncio deste apartamento e nos encantamos com as fotos e com a forma que nos conduziu o proprietário Lázaro. Realmente o lugar é muito acolhedor, espaçoso, tranquilo, bem localizado, próximo ao Beach park e nos proporcionou boas memórias. Super indico e com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Fomos bem recebidos e o apto estava adequadro

Quando chegamos, ainda haviam pessoas limpando o apto e não havia água para beber (tivemos que providenciar). Tirando isso, foi tudo ótimo. O espaço é bem equipado e organizado e os quartos são confortáveis. Check-in e check-out foram rápidos. Sobre a ida para a praia, é melhor ir de carro, pois não é perto para ir caminhando. Recomendo a todos.
