Foi para passar apenas uma noite. O quarto era bem grande, quem me atendeu, atendeu muito bem, o café da manhã estava excelente, tanto em variedade quanto em qualidade. De ponto negativo, aqui no hoteis.com diz que tem estacionamento, mas na verdade tem um estacionamento rotativo de 4 vagas, então a chance de lotar é gigante, como foi no meu caso. Aí o carro precisa ficar na rua. Se isso fosse uma informação explícita, não tinha problema. O problema é anunciar que tem estacionamento sem ter.

Ar-Condicionado: O equipamento no quarto inicial não funcionava. Ao reportar o problema, a equipe demonstrou má vontade/indisposição e solicitou uma espera excessiva, alegando que o aparelho precisava de mais tempo (mesmo após 4 horas ligado). Fui realocado para outro quarto, mas o ar-condicionado deste também não estava funcionando corretamente, apenas mitigando o calor em comparação ao primeiro quarto. Estacionamento: O estacionamento é extremamente limitado, com capacidade para apenas 4 carros

Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã razoavelmente bom, limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar porque mesmo limpando ainda encontrávamos cabelos no chão e o tapete do banheiro também não era trocado todos os dias. É um prédio antigo que precisa de reformas, principalmente o fechamento de frestas e vãos embaixo da porta. Tivemos problema com a questão de insetos também.

HONESTA.

Nossa estadia poderia ser melhor se não fosse o barulho de alguns hóspedes sem noção, a comida é excelente, cama confortável, a internet é boa, o acesso a transporte público não é bom, usamos o transporte por aplicativo e táxi. O hotel é bem localizado, os quarto é amplo, ideal para quem vai fazer home office.
