Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Lovely small pool and lounging area, well equipped gym, helpful staff. Terrific location three blocks from the beach and minutes from the lively area of the beach. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was good. Rooms are adequate size, the breakfast was good.The only thing that let us down was the amount of noise that we could hear from the room above us. We spent the entire night hearing the noises from upstairs which led us to not sleep very well. Hotels should have sound proof rooms to stop other clients getting disturbed by other clients.

This was a wonderful hotel and such a great place to stay after over 27 hours of travel to get to Brazil. Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for one very small detail- the bed has very small blankets that are about the size of a child’s bed and each person has to use one- you can’t share because they are so small. I would definitely stay here again, but I’ll bring a blanket with me:) the breakfast was wonderful and the gym was great as well.

Pool area and restaurant are in excellent condition and well designed. Food was superb!! Beds were on the harder side, but room was clean and spacious. Accommodating staff, definitely recommend!

Nice stay

Very nice hotel with good service and nice gym with equipment for training all body. Unfortunately my room was at the main floor in front of the swimming pool and i get a lot of noisy. I will back but only in room far to the swimming pool

Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is great! Room is comfortable. I would recommend. Pool was beautiful but in a bit of an awkward spot to be swimming and having fun. Shower in the room we got had no protection só when we showered, there was water everywhere. It was hillarious, my husband says there should be a natural slope for the water to drain one way, and not accumulate through the whole area. The no parking is a bit of a problem, but we Ubered everywhere. Definitely NOT a reason to stay away from this hotel! It’s close to a lot of the best things in town and super friendly staff! We’d go back.

I checked in and they forgot to give my passport back. The next day I check out and NO ONE mentioned nor called my room To say they had my passport. Only when I arrive ar my new hotel - 100 miles away I realized I did not have it. The hotel was the last place I called as I thought I had lost ir or dropped. it. When I then call the hotel and they told me they had it and I freak out as why they did not reach out (detail - reservation was inder my name). I had to pay 100 usd for someone ro bring it to me. I could not beleive how negligent they were with such important document.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Pauli. O hotel é um lugar tranquilo e super agradável, proporciona um momento de relaxamento e paz. Os colaboradores são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais. O café da manhã é deliciosamente surpreendente, com opções que atendem aos mais variados paladares. Indico o hotel sem medo!

O hotel tem um grande supermercado ao lado que passa a madrugada toda com um gerador extremamente alto e ligado, passamos a noite toda em claro. No quarto existe um dispositivo no teto (não sabemos a utilidade), que fica com uma luz ligada o tempo todo, o quarto fica totalmente claro e prejudica o sono de quem gosta de escuro. 24:00 recebemos uma ligação da portaria pedindo a chave do carro para que eles remanejassem o estacionamento (foram buscar 24:20 acordando a nossa filha). Enfim, as instalações bonitas, o bom café da manhã e todo o restante não são suficientes para suprir as noites mal dormidas. Não recomendo.

O check-in demorou muito para ser feito e quando terminaram ainda falaram que o estavam arrumando o quarto, sendo que eram 16 horas e a estadia inicia às 14h. Sem falar do estacionamento que além de ser pago é externo, com acesso por fora do hotel. Em resumo as instalações são boas, os quartos confortáveis mas, a demora no check-in e a falta de cortesia dos funcionários não me agradam.

Expectativa alta, mas a experiência decepcionou

A área de lazer e o café da manhã são muito bons. No entanto, ao chegarmos à recepção, tivemos a impressão de que os atendentes estavam fazendo um favor em nos receber , seria importante realizar um treinamento com a equipe de recepção para melhorar a recepção. O quarto é confortável, mas, considerando o nível do hotel, alguns pontos deixam a desejar, como o chuveiro com pouca pressão e a falta de isolamento acústico. Além disso, é cobrada uma taxa de R$ 50,00 para estacionamento, o que deve ser levado em conta na escolha do hotel. De modo geral, não tive uma boa experiência na hospedagem.
