"Nice hotel. Very clean, I thought the staff was very nice and friendly, especially the late night clerk and security guard when we arrived. The city of Baltimore will likely never see me again bc it’s like an episode of Walking Dead but the Marriott at Owning Mills can maybe help you forgot where you are for the weekend! "

"I would like to thank the Manager Stephanie specifically. She helped me from day one of what I was going through with selling and buying a house. Stephanie accommodated me with the things I needed. She was very responsive and understood my stress. Thank you so much Stephanie. In addition, the rooms were great, clean, up to date. The staff was wonderful as well. Even the breakfast was good. In the future when I need a staycation, this will be my go-to. "

"Great space. Sadly, the host was MIA when I reached out to him with some concerns. The main problem (though there were others) was that there were no pots and pans to cook dinner with. There was only one frying pan that I used to boil the water for my tea and one huge pot (too big to be useful). We had to eat out every night (an unexpected expense). When I reached out to the host through the link provided by VRBO, I never got a response (until he called me the day I was checking out). He said he tried to call me, but the only call from him that I saw in my call history was the one I got the day I was checking out. He never reached out to me through the link provided. I hope this is corrected before the next guests book the place"

"During our stay there was no clean water because debris was coming through the pipes. The bathroom near the office didn’t work and the pool wasn’t ready and that was one of the reasons why I chose this house. But I do appreciate the communication given to me during our stay"
