“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit……

Her communication and thoughtfulness went above and beyond. I can see why she has so many 5 stars reviews. She is the epitome of amazing hospitality.”

“The place was in a great location. The owners were very nice and helpful. The place had a well equipped kitchen and very clean. The patio seating area could use TLC. But they did have a table for eating and games. The shower was very low for taller guys. And the bathroom itself is very small so bigger people might feel uncomfortable in there. All in all though, we had a great stay and would come back again. A king sized bed would definitely get me back.”

“Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice view of PIke's Peak. Comfortable beds. All the necessary kitchen supplies. The only A/C appears to be a portable unit in the far corner of the large bedroom.”

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect……
