“The actual room was great. We didn't get the email to check in and had to talk with costumer service for about an hour when we arrived to get our check in code. ”

“Expedia have totally misrepreented this property! This condo is on 2nd floor with no lift and only access on outside snow covered wooden steps. There are neither hot tubs nor pool onsite , you get use of facilities 5 blocks, a 10 minute walk away. No washer dryer in the condo just a pay by app laundry 3 floors below you. This is not a ski out property, you walk up a steep road for 100 yards then up a flight of steps to get to the Snowflake chair or to a bus stop. ”

“Exceptional Hospitality That Made Our Stay Memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What truly sets a hotel apart isn't just its amenities or location, but the people who go above and beyond to make guests feel special. “Clean rooms alot of amenities and things to do great pool n hot tubs .close to town .”

“We absolutely loved our time at Gravity Haus - centrally located, close to all dining and shopping! The staff was outstanding - super friendly. We would definitely go back! Bravo Gravity Haus!”

“The location was absolutely perfect. Close to downtown and activity. The room was spacious and neat as a pin. Laundry in the room was an unexpected surprise. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Room was nice and great central location. Exercise room was small and the hot tub was not working.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Tv didn’t work, toilet had to be worked on, they moved us to another room. Great staff.”
